Well as a few of you no Ive had some serious issues with EBay lately . In there last attemt to get me to revise all my listiings they started pulling a bunch of my items out of my store . So I sat back for a second and said what the hell . I'll give them a hand . So last night I spent several hours and pulled nearly all my stuff from the store . I no the $ 200 a month I give them isnt much to them . But It is to me . Im going to use that money to start my new store . Ted has hooked my up with some thing similar to what he has all ready started . And Ive been working hard to try and get every thing transfered over as quick as possible . Please feel free to poke me if you see some thing wrong , or some thing Ive missed .. Or shit even if you just have an idea for the store . All your input is valued to me . Also please feel free to tell any one that you think might care . I am still around and still hunting for new stuff all the time . If you have any ideas for a custom banner, logos, buttons etc let me know. Those stores are highly customizable, and there is a LOT that you can do to every single little piece of it - especially since you can use html basically anywhere. It does get a little hairy...  |

i have been thinking about the same thing, but HTML is out of my league, i dont even want to take the time to figure all that out, i will leave that stuff to ted and this site, he does very well with it. good luck, maybe if enough of us get sick of ebays crap, we can start a revolution. they keep changing the rules, the feedback is a praise the buyer setup that i dont even use anymore. they really are in need of a internation shipping reform that will keep sellers safe from ripoff buyers, a simple customs number should be enough to prove shipment. ok i will stop now, i could go on for hours about stupid fee-bay, but most of you know this as well as i do.

Its possible I may have , or no where to get some ." "no" should be "know" and if you want to be finicky - "dont" should have an apostrophe: "don't". LOL if you know Jason long enough, you know what his no means its easy to understand in his writing, cause you almost never get a NO from this guy; unless you ask him to take out a single one from his collection for you, of course. anyway, i guess as a shop owner you should consider writing in english ... all the best wishes, wolfgang |

The internet ruined the English language. Oh well. Anyway, I hate to be anal but that's my nature anyway but I'd go through everything with a fine tooth comb when it's all done. Spelling errors might give the person the wrong impression. I was trying to think of a way to come up with a logo, but I'm not good with 'gradient backgrounds, sometimes it's hard to be to blend in certain elements with a banner or image - which is usually why I cop out and just keep everything plain white - it hides a lot of my image editing flaws  |

Glad you have your store moved to a new location. Hope it gets lots of attention.
I didn't like the emptiness of your main page. It is lacking content for the search engines to index. Personally I would use the center of your main page to write about your store and make some comments about your inner pages and link to them.
Keep your content keyworded of course.
I also noticed that you have a line of white text just under the menu, about joining, but the first third of the line is over the left sidebar, making it hard to read.
I have a few fishing blogs. I would be happy to have you write a couple of articles about your store and what you do. I can publish them on a couple of my blogs.
I can also add your store to my sidebar links.

As much work as it is to set this up . Im all most thinking about dumping the whole thing and just going back to collecting only . Much less stress . When you bust your ass 6 or 7 days a week 10 - 12 " or more " hour days ... Selling lures seems to come low on my priority list especially when I get home . Problem is the days that im home all day " Like for Rain " : ) .... I feel differently  Well any ways ... Thanks guys for the other info . I fixed those few typo's . The white lettering I have for the Rapala Nation Link ,, has to be that color . Other wise you wont see it all . Not some thing I want to go into . But until I change the store front . Im stuck with that . Hang tight Ted . I'll come up with some thing eventually ..... |

W, well for now, that space is reserved for ebay sponsorship links...right now I know bacon and Jason have ebay links, so that's why I have put them there. I don't want to mix in my store link in there, since I already have it at the top of the site. Jason, if you need help let me know. I am saddled down with some other projects Im working on as well, so I haven't forgotten. You can also modify the store template and colors without ( I think) affecting what you've done so far. |
