can't find Rapala vest from any distributors

I'm actually want to buy for "Flotation Long Shallow’s Vest" Rapala Flotation Shallow Vest from any of Rapala worldwide distributors.

I have tried many times asked from Rapala distributors of Japanese branches and USA branches. They don't have this Rapala flotation vest at any of them. They also not possible to order it.

Where can I get it? Anyone knows, please teach me exact shopping center in Japan or USA.

Also last October I have visited to Rapala's distributor shops in Toronto, Canada, but they don't sell Rapala items. I could not find anything.... very sad...

Why Rapala don't sell ALL your products but not only lures through internet onine giants www.amazon.com, www.basspro.com, www.cabelas.com etc.,?

oops, I need tell you I am originally from Mongolia. But addition I can get it from Beijing, China if this vest is available in China.
