I picked up this bait today in an old shop and really know nothing about its rarity. It is listed as a special on the box, anyone else have or seen one of these. I'm not going to open it but it looks like a Japanese bait, the writing on the paper inside of the box has 1997 and some special japanese husky jerks on it. I'll email a pic to someone if interested.

I've been a lurker here and really like the forum. I've ogt a few wants and some stuff others may be interested in. I'll take a few pics and lay it out there. Meanwhile, if anyone has and information on this bait it would be appreciated.

Welcome aboard. Maybe you can post a picture of the bait for all to see and we can give you some more info. on it. I'm sure someone will know something about it. Looking forward to seeing your collection and wants. Your heading makes it seem like its a gold green mackeral but without the picks its tough to judge.

Glad your not a lurker any more . Its good to have some more people around here . Keeps us on our toes .

First off yah thats a Stainless steel Count Down Green Mackeral . They made the one with gold that Wallcat speaks of and another in chrome . From the picture I cant really tell which it is .

Second is I would be interested in a couple of your offerings . The RFR 5 CH and one of the MFR 3 SFC .

Right on, it is a silver body, not the gold. Photos were kind of crappy, with the flash it was too much without a little dull. Any knowledge of this lure? Rare or not?
