I have someone trying to tell me this is a salmon special. Is it? How do you tell the difference without the tag on the box cover? Thanks.   |

Basically, but I noticed the hooks are different.
The hooks like shiny, like stainless steel, like in the above pic.
I think regular fat raps just have the standard brown hooks.

Ted has pretty much hit the nail on the head . Same as any other Fat Rap at this time they were made . Except these were set up with the Salt Water hooks and obviously put in a different package . Well same package just different hang tag .

Thanks everyone for your help. I guess its for sale if anyone is interested. If anyone has an extra hang on tag or salmon special box, I would be interested in buying it. This lure would help out my collection....if I had the tag. Thanks again everyone.

You deffinetley want to try and find another box or hang tag for this one . That will double , well probably tripple the value .

actually i do know where you might find one, seems i have one laying around here in the hopes that your lure there might show up and i can snag it and put it in the box. but i havent found one yet so the box is still here, im sure we can work something out. jeff
