I haven't been able to find it anywhere else it has a shiny red on the bottom then chrome in the middle and on top it has blue and the bill of the lure its neon green glows in a black light too ill try to upload some pictures

Hey Tom...no, it's not a real rare color. You should be able to find one new in box on eBay or elsewhere from $10 - $15 depending on how patient you are.
