Mother Of God.  Anybody who walk in my room makes some kind of comment like "Why the HELL do you have all these lures". They just don't understand, I don't know about you but I know every lure I've got and I know exactly where they're at at all times.  But I have yet to bring a girl into my " Lure Room ". I've taken a couple girls fishing with me, but it seems like that always turns out bad, If she can mess up a baitcasting reel THAT bad I don't want her getting anywhere near my prized Rapalas. Plus, she might see all the money I've spent on lures and start thinking I'm rich and can afford the Red Lobster every weekend.  I'm gonna try to get a picture of most of my lures. ;D Jason, how did you get those pictures to show up like that? |

If that was one of my dogs, there would be lures stuck in them everywhere. My daughters chi-weenie is OCD about shredding cardboard. He LOVES to help me with my paperwork, but I have to wonder how long my boss is going to keep believing the ole "my dog at my receipt" excuse. Very impressive collection, has to be a full time job just keeping up the inventory.

Overwhelming? I think I would be sitting on the floor amongst all those baits just giggling like a schoolgirl !!!  If I couldn't fish that would be the next best thing. You are very good at turning us green with envy. |

i have to agree with jason 110% on this my wife loves to help me out with my rapala collection thier is a photo of my back porch and i have to clean out the bottom of my work banch next to put the other 20 bins i have full on  john |

OMG John you have a lure shop not a rapala collection, they soon build up thats why iv down sized to just sticking to countdown's and esko's, even then i may let the esko go and stay on the cd only, great collection there  |

well,
looking at these pics, my first thought was, marry her, but i am not here to get into the private life of anybody ...
and i was thinking, is it a good idea to put all these boxes close to such big windows? (or was this to take pics only?)
first, we all know sunlight, and especially UV may cause some colors to change and also hang tags to fade, even if these boxes will block out some of the light and absorb some of the UV, some will go through.
second, i dont know where these windows are pointing to and what can be seen from outside, and even if our neighborhood is quite safe, you never know who is passing by your window, and may be coming back at night for free rapala ...
(we have these people here coming from eastern european countries mostly begging in big cities, but more recently these seem to move out also to small villages, trying to find free meals, begging money, clothes, whatever; and we have seen on TV that these people are brought here by organizations that may be using the information these poor people are gathering about the areas they have been sent to for other things)
and one last thing, yes, it does get overwhelming, and i will try to scale down a bit, cause i am not as organized as you two guys, and i have lost the overview long time ago ... LOL
