I stopped by a tackle shop that I haven't visited in a few months and found a SR-7 TSD. On the cover there is a sticker that says Special Edition Limited One Time Release. I seem to recall some time ago receiving an email about this release. I also remember kicking myself later for not sending off for at least one of them. So when I found them hanging there I bought a couple of them. Unfortunately I paid full retail for them. My question is this a good find or just a ho hum. If it is a ho hum one of them is going in the tackle box and getting wet.

And then Omigosh said: "Son!"
The TSD is a great fishing color. I would buy everyone I found - and fish with some and "sit" on some.
That means I would place it halfway between good find and ho hum.

Happyshad is right it wouldnt hurt to hang on to a few to see if they increase in value. But I would focus on fishing them a great low light pattern for walleye. I just havent seen them sell for much above 9 dollars in the past two years. But thats not to say they wont jump up I believe that they discontinued the color and just had a limited run a while ago. I think its hard sell a #5 or #7 shad rap for much more then 3-5 above retail price as they always seem to keep the most popular colors and are always bring in new colors. There are always odd balls that sell for more. Clown a few years back for sure.

There were 4 more hanging in the shop but unfortunately they were priced on the high end (8.95). I think I'll stick with putting one of them away and getting the other in front of a hungry walleye or bass. One thing I did notice about the lure is that they come with red hooks front and back. I like that. If one of you can't live without one of these, I'll be glad to see if they are still there and get it to you at whatever it costs to purchase & ship. Or trading is always fun. Thanks for all the feedback!

I stumbled across a bunch of these a few years ago, in Shad Rap and Minnow Rap in various sizes. The most I sold a SR for was around $10 and MR about $12. I still have a few more floating, just waiting for a rainy day.
