Rapalas in a hotel swimming pool! In a separate thread - a couple other members mentioned testing their Rapalas in "strange places"! I thought it would be neat to see the different places that we all have been "caught" playing with ours! Please keep it clean - this is a family show!

I would love to try some in a swimming pool with underwater cam..
My handmade spinners would be very nice!
There is an urban city pond that is going under a bridge where coloured lights shine one the water. I think that would do great too!

As was mentioned in a different thread, I was caught using the sink. I have also been known to use the jacuzzi, and the koi pond in the back yard. I draw the line at the toilet, will not do it!

I tell my wife that my daughter wants me to fill the tub so she can see my "fishies" swim. My wife simply rolls her eye and walks away. I may have to try a swimming pool!!

"well, this is a little awkward." actually, i feel a little ashamed to admit this, but i have never tested a rapala lure out at home. there have been times that i put on a new lure and tossed it in the lake, not intending on using it, but just to see how it swims. i did however try my fishtank to test a new jig for ice fishing. but the fish i had in there were quite large (oscars and tinfoil barbs) and i could not keep it away from them. felt really bad about having to remove a hook from my pet oscar and had to give up on the test, but i guess you could say it did work. bacon
