It looks to me like a custom paint job of the muddler pattern . To my eye the top half looks a lot darker in colour that what I would expect to see on the muddler.

It looks like it is something Glass Shad Rap. Did it come with any kind of box? There have been quite a few unique SRRS factory prototypes showing up lately? A few more pictures from different angles/lighting may help in identifying?
