this year for Fathers Day my wife and kids got me a charter on Lake Michigan out of Sheboygan WI. my father and I went by our selves and had a great time. i got a little bit seasick, but managed. the father in law was in the navy and got his sea legs back pretty quick. all in all we caught 8 cohos, and 1 rainbow, and lost 4 others. one coho was real small and was released, not bad i guess from the sounds of guys on other boats.
this one was the largest and came right at the end of the day, only had 3 lines left trolling (12 lines during normal troll) when this one tied in. talk about run, but i think he actually gave up quicker then the smaller ones.
not bad for only an evening charter.
