on it is not i h-13 in cw looks like a f-13 in gold what dose it say on the bill

well,
i see this happen more often lately i think.
people selling stuff like that in rapala boxes.
box and papers are nice, though.
actually, i just bought 3 lures recently because they were in nice old rapala boxes, but then the price should be not much more as if it were empty boxes (or the lures in there should be worth it;
in my case one old ABU Hi-Lo, and two nice ABU spoons).
