I've been away for a number of weeks now during which I have done no fishing but I am making a point of making up for lost time. I have recently aquired a new love of the thrill of river fishing and so I have traded my heavy pike gear for an ultralight combo and a fly rod (when I have to) River #1's results: four walleye, a pike, and my first ever sauger! River #2's results: two small rainbows and a big brown River #3's results: a mountain whitefish and a small brown trout The pic for the last brown was too dark. All fish except the last (not pictured) brown trout were taken on Rapala lures (x-rap shad (walleye and sauger), ultralight shad (brown trout and whitefish), taildancer (pike), and original floater (rainbow trout))

Just the other day I also managed to catch my first ever Cutthroat trout! Caught him in a small creek using the chrome ultralight shad
