I'm up in Minnesota again working at the resort. The wife calls me and informs me that I am the proud owner of 64 new Rapalas! There was a warehouse sale and she went and found Rapalas for $2 each. That woman knows how to make me happy. Now I can not only look forward to seeing her when I return, but also browsing through my new lures!
By the way, yesterday was a good day fishing. 6 northerns, 5 Walleye, and a smallmouth.

I'm one of the lucky ones myself. Not only does my wife cook awesome(Belguin girl), but she is also my business partner. Lets me fish or actually will tell me I NEED to go fishing. Best of all I think she's getting to be a bigger fiend for Rapalas then me. I met here while I was in the middle of a divorce from my first. Talk about an upgrade on the exchange!!!

well,
my wife thinks i have way too many of these things, and its a waste of money, and she would never buy one for me; and i would never think of finding a better wife - as John said, there is the no. 1 thing, and some no. 2 - and rapala is a very nice thing, but it is not all in life.
just one more: kids
my son asked me some years ago (when he was about 5 or 6 years old): daddy, when you are dead, i will get your rapala collection - he loves fishing even more than me, so what else can you want?
best, wolfgang
