Wanted to know what lure folks fish with the most and why?
I have to say Fat rap in gold.
It just seems to get to the right depth and has that action fish seem to like. It works from spring untill early fall. Its the only lure my father uses.
Shad rap is a close 2nd right there with the Husky jerk.

Nothing beats the Original. It is part of my favorite tactic for catching walleye!

Nothing beats the Original. It is part of my favorite tactic for catching walleye! Do you pull them on a wolf river aka a 3 way rig?

I'm in northcentral Pennsylvania and fish streams and small rivers. I've tried many of the different Rapala styles, sizes and colors. But it ALWAYS comes back to the original floater!!! Sizes are F-5, F-7 and F-9. Colors, as with sizes, vary according to water levels and clarity.

talking about rapala lures, it depends. if i'm looking for chubs, cd05, lipless cd 05 or original 07. for bass and everything else, j9 or ssr 05/07.

My go-to is almost always the olive x-rap in an appropriate size for species such as walleye, pike, bass, and some trout species and applications. Otherwise I like the Ultralight for trout and the husky jerk has always been one of my favorites for all species.
