This storm has devastated my home state of NJ. When they said this was a 'hundred-year' type of storm, they were not kidding.
I know I have not been around here a lot as of late-....but I may not get power back at my house for two weeks, potentially longer.
Sadly I have to come into the office if I want to enjoy electricity & internet. I will keep everyone posted when things will return to 'normal'.

I hope you all have a lot of luck . And to be supported in such moments . Are Pennsylvania affected by this storm ?

ted, i feared for you and your family when i saw the path of the storm. glad to hear that you are ok, relatively speaking anyway. heres to hoping the power comes back on soon and a smooth clean up. but in an effort to be optimistic, at least you finally found a way to get away from all those campaign phone calls and tv ads.

Be careful around that office - Ted - they say that the work "thingy" hangs out there. I heard that the Wi-Fi works well on the local lakes!
Seriously - Godspeed and holler if you need any help!

I hope you all have a lot of luck . And to be supported in such moments . Are Pennsylvania affected by this storm ? Don't know if PA is affected as much. Pretty much virtually all of NJ, NYC (Manhattan), and CT were the worst hit. They said this storm had the potential to be a '100 year storm' and 'reshape the existing NJ landscape'....and they were not kidding. My biggest fears is not being able to get any gasoline...I guess that's what happens when a panic ensues in the most denselt populated corridor of the country. It's just a flat out fucking mess out here. I don't know how we escaped gettng any major damage. I don't know if anyone has seen the pictures, but below is just a sample of what it looks like. It would have been far worse for us if we lived near the coast www.foxnews.com/weather/slideshow/2012/10/31/superstorm-sandy-devastates-east-coast/#slide=1
