That is crazyness!
I think the guys at rapala know all to well about odd and rare lures going to be traded for way high prices.
So I think they are deliberately making these odd lures from time to time to keep the collectors urging for them.

I actually think lures like this could actually be good for fishing, it gives the fish more to look at
