so, as it has been mentioned a few times here, i am a lover of the RR4(particularly SD). so to say i was excited to hear of a new SR4 for this year would be completely accurate. i finally tracked one down last week at fleet farm, and since the water is a little hard around here right now, i have to settle for just looking at them for now. the SR4 is a little bit longer in the body, while not quite as deep and a tad bit thinner. i think this is going to give me a much subtler wobble, at times this will be good, might help keep the lure truer in faster water. the lip seems about the same, so it will be intresting to see just how deep this is going to run in comparison to the RR4. also the SD pattern is a little different, just like it has always been. will report back again once i can hit the open water and see how they act. bacon

upon looking at this, im going to have to look at the SR4 vs the SR5, this size 4 really doesnt look like its a 4. i know it is, but how does it compare to an old size 5? guess there will be more to report soon.

Hi Jeff.
in your pics this does not look to me like a #4 at all. if they are diving too deep, you could change the hooks to thin wire (uless you are going for hogs with these) which may make them dive a little less.

took the SR4 and compared it to a SR5, its smaller, but its not alot shorter. not a whole cm anyway. it is about the same length of a GSR4. im guessing that this is going to kinda fit into the same catagory as the CD-1. its not 1cm long, its just smaller so they called it a 1, where this is smaller then a 5, but still longer then 4cm, what else would they have called it, the SR4.5? i did not look to see just what the SR6 looks like compared to the 5 and 7's. will try to get some photos of the comparisons.
