However, I have a lot of work to do to get this place looking back to the way I like it. But so far I do like a lot of the board upgrades to date. This was actually a looong time coming, there were rumors of this particular board update (to this version) going around for the last 4 or 5 years. I guess they finally were able to pull it off. Which means I have a lot of work to do on getting this place back to normal. I did a lot of customization on the old site that is frankly, incompatible now. Back to the drawing board. Your userid and login info should all be the same, and all of the old posts are still here as well. Just bear with this until I can figger this all out. -Ted

yes, green is a nice color, but it's difficult to see... what about blue?

well, i can not say i dont like it, or i like it better than the old look. at close to 50 i guess i am starting to be reluctant to any change in my life, even if it is for the better ... anyway, i guess the green is somehow the color of rapalanation, and i also guess this may have to do with the image of the SFR-7 FT which appeared in the old version on top of it, and i think i can say i am missing this image, even if my favorite color in rapala is B, i would not go for a change to that color here. and i will get used to this just as i got used to windows 7 after all these years with the good old windows ... well, as John G. said, who is stubbornly refusing to use e-mail or cell phone, it seems i am going to be an old fart and being proud of it.
best, w.

maybe just a bit darker green would help, light green on many links is difficult to see

I know guys, the default text is awful, and I am still trying to navigate my way around. Even the usual tools I use to help Admin the site itself are all different and not easy to use (yet). Please be patient.

I'll agree with the horrible learning curve, fishhooked. I've been working on my site for a pretty good while and there is not much about proboards new look that I like.

I like the new look. It's faster on my computer and uses less mB for those who don't have unlimited data usage. Thanks.

I'll agree with the horrible learning curve, fishhooked. I've been working on my site for a pretty good while and there is not much about proboards new look that I like. Aye, It took me a long time to figure out how to configure the site the last time, literally toiled for hours on end to tweak it the way I liked it. Now, I hoinestly dont have the time I did before. My 'real job' demands have gotten pretty insane, between the kids getting older (and having harder homework to do) there isn't much spare time at all. Any free time I do get I simply just don't feel like troubleshooting lines of code; its what I do in my current job, and it's frustrating. I do apologise to everyone here - I feel like I am shortchanging everyone.

Well it's been a bit of a challenge, but it looks like I've managed to get things somewhat back to normal. I'm looking to implement some additional bells and whistles to the site to hopefully make it easier and more manageable to use the site.
Questions? Comments? Suggestions? Please feel free to let me know - thanks!

Still a work in progress, working on trying to figure out an unobtrusive way to display the links on the right, please be patient. Thanks!
