On my reels, I use Hoppe's gun oil, which works pretty good in lower temperatures as it is a light oil marketed for firearms use, plus would (or should) hold up in higher temperatures. On gear-to-gear contact, I go to Lubriplate, which is a white lithium grease. Am curious as to what you guys use.
