Doing research on what types of lures to use

Hi,

I'm doing research on different types of lures and would really appreciate some help( and additional resources to look into if possible). Figured that the best way to know is to ask real fishermen.  Basically what I want to know is which of the following type of lures: Jigs, Surface, Spoons, Plug, and Bass worm  would best be used for the following species of fish and which Rapala lures would fit each category:
