Has anyone ever seen these colours Countdowns ?? The second one looks like a prototype. Lure was given to me by Jan Eggers. Spots look like they are painted on with a marker, but that is absolutely not the case. Spoth are exectly the same on both sides.   |

The first is common in sweden. Exist foil and pearl. The secon never seen.... Or proto or custom

As I stated in the post the second one is not custom painted. The spots on both sides are the same. You can not do that with a marker or paint.
Also the spots are not on top but under top layer.

I actually started my CD-7 collection when I was searching for the same color as the first one, the Orange Perch. It’s like a standard GFR with perch marks on back. I have used it for years in Sweden to catch perch and it’s a really good color for this.
From what I know it came as a subscription bonus with a Swedish fishing magazine called “Fiske för Alla” (roughly translated: Fishing for all). I have found a few ones now in mint condition but without box, and I also have a few that a use for fishing. As beka stated above it’s more common in Sweden and this might be the explanation!

To "dutchie" First is older color ,the second is t custom paint .Rapala France has paint Rapala contest and the winning coloring made to lure ,and everyone who take part on this competion ,get this lure them self .it Called "Mad Cow" because in that time was the epidemy in Europe ,year was 1996 if i remember right.Made in Rapala Factory...was only awalaible in France and not done much .sorry my bad English .but can try to write better in better time
