Hi Alex.
I think victory was a swedish company distributing the first rapala in sweden.
there was even some fight over rights and names or such I think to remember.
all this is written in John Mitchells book "Rapala - Legendary fishing lures", if I had more time I would look up.
maybe later if nobody else has more info on this lure ...
