Rapala Finland Talus Minnow

Hi...I am a newbie.  I recently acquired two floating minnows marked Finland Talus on the belly.  They are in red and white boxes with the plastic top.  I have never seen any of these befoe and was looking for whatever information on them may be out there.

Yah those are an off brand of Rapala. Probably Finlandia or similar.
