Can anyone give some input on the origins of the middle lure in this picture? I wondered if it was part of a giveaway with other lures or what. The "Special" box is what confuses me. I thought I saw this somewhere in a regular silver box but not in a special. Any thoughts.

Cool thanks.
I never saw those in Europe around the millenium? That explains the special box though.
