JS RNR 8

Any body have any Idea if there were more than one style/color of RNR 8 PW Here is a pic of two that I have they are very much different . I was curious if it was maybe because of age difference or maybe just a different paint batch etc .
One lure came in a standard box and the other is in what I think to be one of the box's that you get when join the Rapala Club .
Any ideas

That's a tough one. I have some pretty old PW stuff and it's not as dark as your lure pictured at the top. My Jointed Shad Raps do seem different than the SR and SSR PW lures I have. The jointed don't have that real pearl look in my opinion. Better get the "GURU" out on this one.
