So much for ice out....

Drive past my lake every day on my way home...and of course from far away it only looks like a very thin sheen of ice on the surface.

I figure hell with temps in the mid 50s this weekend, I'll be on the lake Sunday for sure!

Until I actually walked down by the docks today and realized the ice is still 6-8" thick....

???My problem is some what differnt here, My spot is ready to be fished, The smelt run is going on, all i can do is sit there and watch, The season does not open for another thirty days,

Update...well it looks like the ice should be gone already as of tomorrow! ;D

The bad part is I have to work and already have a packed schedule this weekend....
