Hey all, I'd been kicking around a lot lately, and now part of me is thinking of maybe 'renaming' this place...maybe to something a little shorter...and even perhaps going as far as getting my own domain name. Any and all suggestions might be appreciated... I think "The Unofficial Rapala Message Board" is a little lenghty and cumbersome... thoughts?  |

hey ted, havnt had a chance to welcome you back yet, so... WELCOME BACK TED!! that being said, when ever i tell the wife or someone else about something on here, i just refer to it as The Rapala Board, shorter, maybe not better. Rapala forum also comes to mind. pesonally i find it to be ok to find it, i just go to my favorites and its right up near the top. i know we have a lot of lurkers around here, and i know i tend to Not post on some subjects that i could or post some of the pictures i should. the new upload image thing might make it a whole lot easier for posting, and they veiwing of pictures, that might get some of our lurkers out of hiding.
i dont know if facebook will help, i am a member, but dont get a lot of time on there either. this is my other trouble, i ramble, and just keep going, but you all know that, so deal with it.
Spread the word about the board
again ted, good to see you back in action.

i don't spent as much time on the board as you guys but i know they like to shorten words so try T.U.R.M.B. ;D

All, I have the domain name! ;D I'm wondering if I should spill the beans now or take the board down for a day to make all my changes... ...actually I'm not even ready for redoing a lot of the images...but the new domain is ready, I think you guys will like it. I think based on the name it also caputures somewhat of the 'international' feel this place has as well. I can tell you one thing, its WAY easier to remember than rapala.proboards28.com, that's for sure  |
