Last night was a first. I had a dream that I was at a store, and I saw a display for brand new Rapalas  I was so excited to buy one and try it out ;D but before I could grab one, the loud beeping of my alarm woke me up  I think this is the first time that i've actually dreamed about a Rapala. Any of you guys ever have crazy dreams like this  |

Well personally since I stare at this site all the time and constantly work with images of lures, they enter my dreams too...but not to the extent of Nathens I too had started dreaming about those hard to find lures in the competition but I guess I've sort of given up on the really hard to find ones  When I first came to this kibbutz I worked picking avocados -- I not only dreamed of them but every time that I closed my eyes I would see branches, leaves and avocados  Dreams are just what is either bothering us or what we're feeling good about. Well I can now say I had a dream about Rapalas. I was in Iowa on a hunting trip with Tiffany Lakosky for MONSTER WHITETAILS.(That part would have been good enough)  I saw this little mom & pop tackle shop so I stopped to see what they had.I didn't see much and was ready to leave when the owner asked me if needed help finding something.I said ah just looking for some Rapala's he then said I have a bunch in the back that I haven't sold and are collecting dust so if you want to look at them I'll go get them.He comes back with a couple of boxes and when I opened them my jaw dropped.There was dealer boxes of SSR-14 MP.BK,(blue),SFC, BK and S Super Shads.In the other boxes there were dealer boxes of Husky 13 Finlands ,Fat Raps and Shallow Fat Raps.He says for 50.00 bucks you can have them all.I just want to get rid of them. |

Hi Steve.
i dont have to tell you that this is a very unrealistic dream ...
as far as i know, the super shad in SFC, MP, and BK never made it to dealers in the states.
so in your next dream, you better first enter a plane to germany/europe before drifting off into rapala-dream-land.
(did you know there was a box with about 50x SSR14 SFC lying in one shop here, was, that is ... some dreams can come true)
regarding the introduction to your dream, i would prefer a trip with Jennifer Olsson, Sweden/Montana or Nanci Morris, King Salmon, Alaska, as long as some fishing is involved.
since i dont know how to use bow and arrow, i guess i would just go as well with Tiffany, if not too much hunting is involved ...
w.
p.s.: sometimes i dream about rapala too, usually after hitting one of these shops you guys are dreaming about.

hi guys.
i am dreaming of maybe 1 or 2 or 3 out of Jasons collection - but the whole thing, i couldnt handle this; i am already in trouble keeping my stuff somehow sorted/listed/checked ... and hidden (@ Steve/Ted, lol)
seeing what has been added recently, i guess we are talking about well over 2500 different rapala lures - or is it 3000 already? - too much for me!
