I do believe that a few of you as Nascar Fans.

I myself am a fan of the stock car scene.

Well low and behold,

next Month I'll be attending the Cup race at MIS

(Michigan Speedway)

If seeing the race isn't good enough

I'll be sitting in row two just slightly left of the start/finish line

(Wicked cool seats)

And it gets better...

I've got to figure out what Rapala lures I need to get as....

So I'm planning on buying some new lures and getting a few
autographs.


Well, that's my tid-bit of Sat morning news,

That's going to be the hard part,

I've got a 'good/fair idea' of some of the autographs I'd like to try and get.

The bad part is that there are a few others that I'd like to get
names that aren't in the limelight so much anymore.

Such as,
Wendy V (speed tv reporter) One very Fine looking Lady (SMOK'IN HOT)

Kenny Wallace, etc. (some of the 'older guys' that I've watched over the years)

Sure I'll try to get my Fav's
But this could end up being quite a few lures I need to get!!!

Oh well,

I didn't have to pay for the tickets!!! ;D

So I think I'll be able to get a couple lures for my adventure.

hey steve, i have seen some of those interstate batteries rnrs on ebay again,if you dont have one they make a good medium for a jj yaly or bobby labonte if you go old school. also i would try to get as many of the chevy pearl white lures as i could. one since i still dont have one, and two they would be a great place for autographs. dont forget the obvious of the valvloline lures for mak martin,and who ever that new guy is. if you need some of those i still have some of both. still trying to think of more, and i dont follow busch or the trucks enough to know what else is out there, but those where a few quick thoughts on a monday morning. plus dont forget, is you have some really strange idea i could always make a lure, i was thinking a cdmag22 or 26 with a nascar and mis logo for lots of autographs on one. maybe a original giant if you want to carry around a 30 inch fishing lure into a nascar stands all day

Well, That's one of the things I'm glad I have a couple of weeks to figure out.

What lure series to use for autographs?
I have a couple of idea's
I'll need to think of a lure series with a wide profile
(if I have then sign the lure)

Or
Go with some of my fav lure series and have them
autograph the the plastic top.

Camera, you bet!!!
I'll have my digital with me.
(I believe I can get like 260 high res photo's on the card)
Which should give me enough

I've also got an Idea to take a few extra lures.
(a few of the drivers, I know love to fish)
have them sign one and then give'm one to use
(Only my Fav drivers will have this option)

Btw,
I'm not going to try and get as 'many' autographs" as possible.
There are a few, but I'm not going to try and get 50 autographs.

So I do the day job thing today and all I can focus on is,

"What lures do I need to buy for the upcoming race"

It sits on my brain (or thick head as some would say)

I get home this afternoon and I'm doing a little work in my room

And

Duh, I've got boxes full of other boxes.
I've got more Rapala's sitting around then I can shake a stick at...

So, I'm going to dig thru a few of them,
I'm sure I can come up with a few different types to get autographed

Sometimes it takes me a little more time than normal
to figure stuff out.
