need help

im having trouble and am hoping someone could help me
ive installed impala pro and when i start it at the startup screen it comes up with an access violation

Ive had that happen to me with other games that come from activision and magic wand and I cant figure out what to do , I would suggest emailing activision or magic wand about it.
