Started out about an hour before daylight and thought I was going to continue with the limit days. Within 15 minutes, this one whacked my grapefruit jig. I thought it was a bass as I generally pick up a couple of bass in this spot and the fish almost did a tailwalk when I got it to the surface. The jig was stuck in the roof of the mouth all the way in the back....this one was hungry!
A little later on after the sun was up, this 15 incher hit.
I picked up a couple of nice perch and that was it. It turned off hot in a hurry. I did manage one stowaway on my boat.
