A buddy and I hit a golf course Sunday evening for about 3 hours. My buddy and I worked many ponds while he stuck with a 7" worm all day. Pretty soon I caught a 12" bass with a J11 S. Later my buddy picked up a chubby 15"er around 2 pounds. He also caught a 9" bass at the same spot. Later I caught a 9" bass the Jointed. I decided to stick with the J11. My buddy then caught a 14"er around 1.5 pounds. I wasn't having much luck with the Jointed while my buddy was still having luck with his worm. I tried a small helgramite but just had bluegills hitting it. My buddy caught another bass. Later I missed out on a nice bass when I had a nice explosion under the J11. I missed out on what I guess was a nice golf course pig. My buddy caught another 2 bass. I caught nothing. I finally decided to switch over to a SSR7 SH and caught a small 9" bass. After that nothing else was happening for me and my buddy caught 1 more bass.
