Im amazed at some of the Heddon stuff I listed is getting some really good bids, and I dont even think any of it is real great, to tell you the truth!
Oh well, more Rapala money for me then!

I haven't checked but I bet your punkinseed is going balistic. I once sold a heddon sonic (from the 80s) that I got in a group lot, for 3 times what I paid for the entire week. Like 2 weeks later. 65 bucks for a 80s lure!

hey ted, storms did the same thing to me, didnt feel like i could afford to keep them around once they went crazy. then Normark had to start making them again, damn well shot the market on most the ones i have left. well i guess they can get it all right all the time, i mean they did kill the fat rap, the husky, the minnow spoon, the OCW color, the SG color... im mean, i dont mean to complain! LOL Jeff

Wow...you gotta love this ebay thing though...I have to say the stuff I did get off of ebay I got on the cheap...and now some of the prices I got for it...well it will definitely help pay the bills and foot the bill for new rapala stuff. -Heddon catalog went for 92.00 -11 river runts for 67.00 -no eye Lucky 13 (beater) for 19.52 -beater Punkinseed is up to 30.00 -beater Donaly Crazy Crawler is up to 40.00 -5 lucky 13's up to 30.00 And still more to come... Hey I love the old Heddon stuff but I love the Rapala even more...who knows how much our stuff will be worth down the road.

How come the older floating lures in the wobbler boxes don't sell well?

How come the older floating lures in the wobbler boxes don't sell well? Who knows? Maybe just because of sheer volume, or just a 'collectibility' thing. I know when I see them out there I dont get overly excited. I think the stuff that gets people going on Rapalas (well for me anyway) is that we are so used to seeing the same old stuff from Rapala out there...until we see something we HADN'T seen that gets us nuts. Does for me anyway...
