Rapala Carbide Pro Pliers cut 4x VMC trebles?

Are the Rapala Carbide Pro pliers strong enough to cut 4x VMC treble hooks? (in case you get embedded by one)

And any difference between the 6" and 8" ones in cutting ability?

The Carbide Pro Pliers cutter will not cut 4X strength hooks. The carbide cutter is durable enough but a plier with short handles does not develop the leverage typically needed to cut larger size 4x hooks.
