Ok folks, curious to see what you think will work tomorrow!
Forecast tomorrow is mostly sunny, with only a high of 67, which means mid-40s tonight.
Winds today and tomorrow are expected to be 10-15 mph, so no 'smooth-as-glass' water tomorrow morning.
Obviously I'm going for bass, and I'm thinking they might be moving deeper since the vegitation is dying off. Water visibility is murky to stained. Thoughts?

Not sure where your fishing at or what depth of water your lake has. I'll be fishing rising water ( two weeks of rain) in a lake that was drown down 4 ft to combat vegitation. Our shad are still (or were 1 1/2 weeks ago) schooled up, and the bass with them. I'll fish creeks off the main river channel and old river bed lakes concentrating on bends with shad colored cranks as close to the size of the shad as possible. Then switch to soft baits if the bass aren't active. I did have a few holes that for a month you could catch 20 to 30 up to five lbs from each. We've also had a low pressure system sitting on top of us for the last week. May have them with their noses in the mud. At least it will beat sitting at the house watching the grass grow. Good luck to you and others chasing um tomorrow.

My 'home' lake is real small, cant be bigger than 30 acress - if you check the 'Fish Tales' section (Im not shy about posting pics) you'll get an idea what its like. The super shallow spots have still been good, lately the only place hold bass has been the pads. I'll still hit the other shallows first looking for active bass and pickerel, and if I have no luck on throwing the F13 and other shallow cranks, I usually hit them with the plastics. If that doesnt work I'll troll through the sole deep section of the lake with Shad Raps and Minnow Raps... Im in NJ, by the way, the bass-fishing haven that it is

I'm in northeast Texas and fish Tx, Ark, La, and some Ok. for bass (mostly), crappie (white perch), catfish, bream (for the grandkids), white bass. I can go a little north and chase stripers, muskies, brown and rainbow trout. Come down this way and I'll turn you on to some kick ass bass fishing.

Around here a 5lb bass is a trophy, it's kind of sad - but then again it's all relative. Someday I'd like to fish a lake with a swimbait the size of my forearm and see what hits it!
