I'm still not sure myself... 
Actually I think its something Im going to implement starting in July...so everyone will eventually be reset to zero...
Just a little 'incentive' I suppose for everyone... stay tuned...  |

Don't like the reset option Actually, I want to kind of use it as an 'incentive' if you will, to get people to post more. And although Im not sure how I'll implement it yet, but I can add more RapCash to someone's profile for posting some cool pictures, a great fishing article, a tip on a good sale, or posting a good link. If you guys have another other ideas then let me hear it, please... I want you guys to enjoy the time you spend here, if I have to bribe you guys in the meantime to make this a better site, then so be it... |

I'm so happy somebody from another fishing site found this one for me. I get to talk Rapala with others and read fishing reports that have mostly Rapalas listed as lures that were being used and caught fish. Love seeing others knowing their Rapalas like I do and having beautful collections. Nobody else on a fishing site I belong to is like me with Rapalas. That's why all the fishermen from that site call me Rapala Man.

What site was it they were from, if you don't mind me asking? Im always curious about how people found this site, considering Google isn't really helping me out a whole lot....  Come to think of it, this IS one of the few sites where you can discuss BOTH....you can collect them, and obviously still fish 'em too.... I guess you could say we are one of a kind.... Guess you don't see too many Creek Chub sites where people are posting pics of their catch LOL  |

Do not panic, I am changing everyone's back to 0, unfortunately i have to do this manually for everyone. If yours was reset, you're good to go moving forward. I'll explain more as we go along.... |

Ok, basically everyone is down to zero, with the exception of those posters with only 1 post...there was too many of them, and I doubt they'll be coming back anyway....  Anyway, for you board vets out there - I know it may seem unfair to reset everyone down to zero - and in a sense I agree - especially since most of you are driving this board. The reason why is this - say I decide when someone reaches $1000 in RapCash they are eligible for a free lure - well if I did not modify the amounts that would mean Id have to start sending everyone multiple lures, which I don't have, and would frankly be a drain on me financially. And it is way too much for one person to track all of this, this way I know who is where, as far as the $ amounts. I think the board vets here will find it pretty easy to rack it up, especially when there is the added incentive or bonuses for posting great links, pics, referrals, etc, and more Stay tuned folks... |

Ok, folks, the basic outline is this - for every $1000 in RapCash you acquire, you'll be eligible for FREE STUFF! What that free stuff is yet I haven't decided...but Im going to try and make it more varied than just Rapala lures...I may decide to add other stuff like line, terminal tackle, reels, and more. So basically for each post you get $5 in RapCash. You can earn extra RapCash by doing things like: -posting pictures -posting a great link -posting potential link partners -posting a great video -referrals, getting other people to join the site -getting other sites to add a RapalaNation link -you can also ask to give RapCash to other users, say if you had a great trade or transaction, and want to reward that person I haven't decided on the actual amounts for each...but bringing in referrals and getting other sites to link to us is worth $100 on RapCash, possibly more! Please feel free to go ahead and have fun with this, but don't abuse it  by making half-baked posts and posting nonsense. I do have the ability to take RapCash away too  There will be more info on this as I flesh it out... |
