one for the hatchery

at last we had some rain, i went out first light; not with the rapala today but a home made flying condom, and had my first salmon for the hatchery, only a small cock fish of about 4-5lb, he should father some 20,000 fry to put out next june. i had a good day, i put it on utube

i love that hat cam, but im still getting to know it as far as editing go's yes we formed a small committee to over look the anglers and rivers interests , we have been doing it since 2000, stocks were down and we thouight we had to do some thing we can only use rod caught fish , and only a few anglers give to the hatchery but we hit our 25 stock limit by the seasons end and we get to have all the fun ;D, great feeling next june when we release 100,000 fry back , knowing they came from our fish and whats more the run has grown

Excellent work As Nigel stated, its too bad more people dont show such an interest in keeping the fishing stocks healthy and growing for the future.
