hi guys, today i went to my other river the camel, i spun my home made flying condom in the coloured water as its still to many leaves here, i hit a fish but came off as i got the hatcam ready, but she was only hooked light so i baited up with worm and recast, then thump she had them i hit the baitrunner and she striped line off fast as i put the head cam on , then the rest is as follows, at last we had rain and this is the first fresh winter fish ive had, so i hope the run is starting now, mark.  |

Great fish Mark. Here in NB we can only use flys, no spinning outfits or lures allowed.

Great fish Mark. Here in NB we can only use flys, no spinning outfits or lures allowed. we dont have to many rules here on my 2 rivers, but many do, but we have lots of rules on how many a season you can kill, how fresh they are, where you can fish etc, but we police our own well, and the hatchery helps to keep the numbers up, but having said that this season is poor so far just 5 weeks left, and the winter run is not here yet only the odd fish  |
