Finally getting my chance to use them today - I am no longer being held prisoner in this house by NY football!
Im pretty much packed and have the afternoon free, so Im hitting my lake today in hopes trolling the Thug will dredge up some beasts! Wish me luck!

Since the deer have played the disappearing act I might have to go give them a try as well and see if any Walleye will be in the mood to fight with a THUG

Hello Ted, no pictures of the nice lake. Only pictures of nice fishes and basses. That is very irresistible for me. Congratulation for the nice catches. The photo of the fighting Pike will be great. Thomas

Thanks everyone! No, actually these lips seems a little bigger and thicker - they can't call it a Thug and give it 'wussy lips' if they are going to advertise that you can throw it into all kinds of cover. It trolls really well, and the big lip really helped deflect it off the bottom, sadly the SureSet hooks are always good for dragging up leaf litter and bottom junk. One thing that is strange is the Thug does not come in gold OR SILVER - 16 different colors and no silver. Oh well - I think these are going to be the next big lure for custom lure painters to repaint, so I can always have variations done. Barry my lake at this time of year always seems to bring up pickerel, good thing I don't mind catching them when the bass bite is off - we've got some big ones in this little lake! I did also try the Trolls-To Minnow in Chrome, TT15 model, surprisingly that lure does cast amazingly well, much better than the Thug IMO. But the Thug caught fish, so that's all that matters.
