I have about 110 rapalas in about 20 different models, and I fish with everyone of them, mostly for bass. I have been successful with most of them but there are still some models that I haven't had any success with. This leads me to think I am doing something wrong, or maybe am using ineffective colors for that particular place/time. I was hoping for some tips on when, where, technique, color choice for the following lures I have had no luck on
minnow rap risto rap skitter prop tail dancer (for bass if that's even possible) thanx Josh

I have never caught a fish on the Risto Rap.I kinda see why Rapala discontinued them.I have never used the other 2 at all. My favorite has got to be the old stand by Original floater.

I love the Minnow Rap Maybe it's just my home lake, but I have killed with a MR-9 and MR-11 in Silver all year long. Just after ice out I trolled it slow and I'll nailed tons of bass and pickerel on it. I also got some nice sized ones throwing it near shore in early spring and summer before the weeds got too big. Cant speak for the others, but the Minnow Rap is an awesome lure - check the Fish Stories section for proof
