I went to the pond I've been hitting recently. Played around with a F-5 PD, F-5 SFC, and Custom Painted F-7 Silver Scale Shad all with no luck. Also tried bouncing a few soft plastics around the bluegills but they'd just stare at it. Finally decided to switch over to a HJ-6 S and that's what they were looking for. All within 30 minutes I caught a chubby 12" bass and lost 2.
