Did a little fishing at Choke Canyon State Park today. Caught a few catfish, one 14.5 in bass and good size gaspergoo. Check out the picture! -Ryan

It's like a freshwater black drum. I caught it on a small grub. The bass was caught on an XR-8 silver with chartreuse fiber optic eyes and a chartreuse diving lip.

Nice! I like using the x-rap in early spring because you can pause it and let it suspend, which often gets me a hit right on the pause. I think maybe it helps fish that are still somewhat sluggish to catch up.

South Texas. Seguin is the city. Choke Canyon State Park is about 1.5 hours away.
