i wont stake my reputation on it, but i think that they are berkely Frenzy rattlers.

Cotton Cordell makes a lure VERY similar to that.

Definately Frenzy Rattlers - in fact some of the first ones! The finish used to wear off fairly easily - especially after a hot bite!!!!
