Just curious, not an expert in any means with trolling.
When trolling with the husky jerk, is there a certain amount of line required to be let out?
Also, what speeds do you think you need to run at for the husky jerk?
Same questions for the clackin rap!

I have trolled the Husky jerks in all the sizes. They run in tune up to 4 1/2 mph. The Rapala hand book or the precision trolling book are good at telling you line out for what depth. hj-6 @ 120' = 3.5' hj-8 @ 120' = 6' hj-10 @ 120' = 9' hj-12 @120' = 11' hj-14 @120' = 14' For shallower depth's reduce line out. These are with 12# Berkley Vanish. Hope this helps to get you started.
