Those other 2 fish are called pumpkinseeds. Very pretty fish that hardly reach 1 pound with average sizes ranging from 6 to 8 inches. Big bluegills are also called bullgills.

Yes it was out my back door The water is so clear here due to the Zebra Mussel that when its calm you can see bottom in 50 feet of water. No Joke!!! We went trolling for salmon this morning and you could see a dipsy diver 86 feet down.We were fishing in 60 to 90 feet of water until the sun came up and the fish scattered to deeper water.

That probably explains why the sea fishing here in Israel is non-existent after the sun gets up. Our coastal waters are very clear and, apart from the smaller fish living in and around the rocks and reefs, there just doesn't seem to be anything around during the day. I suppose they too must head out to deeper water when the sun comes up.

Yea. Clear water is really cool when it allows you too see fish and whatnot down deep, but it definitely can make fishing a little tougher at times.
Wanna trade properties for a couple years? Don't know if I can keep up with your mortgage payments, but I'm sure that won't matter. lol

If you're ever in this neck of the woods catfreak your more then welcome to stay at my house.
