I hope my Rapala will catch me this baby next time, but different condition dictates a different technique.
Caught this 6.5lbs female using Strike King 3X Super Finesse Worm Bama Craw color texas rigged with 3/16 tungsten weight.

The 1.4lbs caught using the JRS05 Shad.

never tried jelly worms, you can't buy them here in the UK, do they work for pike? i know perch and chub take curly tailed grubs And bulldawgs, magdawgs and springdawgs are top notch baits for pike, they're a similar kind of thing, just much, much bigger.
