It is an advertising shad rap. Some people collect these pretty heavily. I have a few, but I don't go nuts over the advertising Rapala lures. I don't know how "limited" the run of these lures were.

Conoco is petroleum company . Like SHELL or Chevron ETC.
There is a couple versions of the SR 7 with there logo on it .
