I was putting my SSR7 SB up with my other SSR collections, admiring that I had a SB in each size now, when I noticed that size 8 SB had red gills, but none of the others did.

I rumage through my (stuff to trade with) pile and I find an 8 without the red gills.

So, would it be safe to assume I now need one of each for each size to complete the collections?

The one with the red gills (like the second version of FT) was made in Finland, where the one without was made in Ireland.

I just thought I would bring this up since I never heard anyone here mention two versions of SB before.

I beleive the ones with the red gills are the newer ones if Im not mistaken. Off of the top of my head I can't think of other colors with/without the red gills.

The ones with the red gills are finland and the other ones are Normark and from ireland. I guess I need to get some more SB lures

Got my FT old school mini coming now. Only need one more to complete the set.
