Moderators, To the people who know a whole lot more about Rapala's than I, you should write a book on collecting Rapalas. If done right they'd be really informative and an excellent source of Rapala pictures etc. It may become THE Rapala Book for serious collectors.

i did actually write a couple of newsletters i called the Rapala Collectors News, however, they never even made it to the printer, wrote it up using publisher years ago, and then kinda forgot about it, wanted to have several issues ready before i started to send them out with some of my ebay lures sold. long story short, crashed computer, never tried again. there is a book, but its more on the history of rapala, and less about the odd things rapala has done that us collectors drool over. this site already has enough info, im not sure there is much need for a book, free website that gives away free rapala lures... i think its done well enough already. bacon
