Post your Rapala 'predictions'!

After seeing tons of new stuff come out from Rapala, you can't help but wonder what will be next. Every new lure of theirs gives me ideas on what I'd like to see, or what I think they will come up with next.

So with that, post your thoughts here - I'll get the ball rolling I guess:

-I think the Skitter Pop and Skitter Prop lines will either get revamped, either with new colors or sizes, or just get canned altogether. THe line is old and hasnt seen any new color changes (that I know of) since they were introduced. If they could take a page from some of the Japan Specials I've seen around, it could really take off.

-On the same lines, I think new sizes of the Twitchin Rap will be coming. RIght now they are only one size, but come in some awesome colors. I see them making smaller sizes, and also modifying them to add a prop to the rear, thus killing the undermarketed Skitter Prop.

-Since the Fat Rap is back (in glass form only - sigh), why not bring back the Shallow Fat Rap too? Any maybe new size 4's too?

-How long do you think it will be before we see a 'catfish' or 'sucker' lure pattern?

Funny you should post this. I was thinking just the other day that we need a jointed fat rap. Since I am on that subject, how long until we see a super shad rap that is jointed. How about a shallow shad rap of any size?

I think they could come out with a naturals type series. I would also love to see frog color on other lure models. Bumblebee color as well as wonderbread. More salmon colors would be nice.

Well now there is pretty much a jointed super shad rap, its the jointed x-rap, its the same size and everything. Check it out somtime.
